1. Make sure you,r phone password turn off.
2. Device screen has frozen don,t worry. (First, one think remove and reinsert battery)
3. Press and hold power (located on upper right side) wait on screen until not a show of booting upper left part of the screen.
4. Might the screen booting not recovery android screen not display (use now alternate button method)
5. If ready to a recovery android screen now, wipe/factory reset data.
